An illustrated talk by Stephen Warburton, YWT Conservation Manager at 7:30 p.m. at the National Park Office, Helmsley.
Wednesday 28th AprilBadgers of North Yorkshire
An illustrated talk by Chris Peacock. 7:30 at the National Park Office in Helmsley.
Saturdays and Sundays in JuneBadgers and Nightjars
An evening in Cropton Forest watching badgers and listening for nightjars. £3:50 per person, pre-booking and pre-payment essential: first come, first served. Telephone 01751 475412 for details.
Sunday 20th JuneA D A S at High Mowthorpe Farm
Meet 2:00 p.m. at High Mowthorpe Farm (south of Malton – follow the ADAS signs from the B1248 – entrance to farm is on the West Lutton to Settrington road SE880700). A good chance to talk about modern farming and wildlife.
Saturday 3rd JulyBats at Kirkham Priory
Meet 8:30 p.m. in Kirkham Priory car park. Bring a torch.
